The Sanity Spritz is our quick, high-impact pre-arrival service designed for immediate relaxation. Ideal for weekend trips, last-minute arrivals, or simply giving you peace of mind that your property is safe and ready.

What We Do (So You Don't Have To)

This focused service ensures your arrival is entirely frictionless, covering the absolute essentials:

• Full Systems Check: We confirm the heat/AC is set to your preferred temperature, check for visible leaks, and run faucets to prevent pipe issues. We also conduct a quick check of key bathrooms and bedrooms to confirm linens are tidy and ready for use.
• Security & Vetting: A thorough exterior walk-around, confirmation that all windows and doors are secured, and collection of mail and packages.
• Sweet Sanity Touches: We turn on necessary interior and exterior lighting, open critical blinds, and leave a little personalized complimentary indulgence to welcome you home!
• Stocking Support: We coordinate and pick up one pre-ordered grocery order from one local store (Food Lion or Walmart) and put the items into the refrigerator only (client must place and pay for the order ahead of time).
• Immediate Reporting: You receive a brief report directly to your phone upon our departure, confirming your home is safe, secure, and prepared.

If we detect an issue or inconsistency during our visit we will contact you immediately to see if you’d like to upgrade and allow us to manage the coordination support for you.
