When will my order ship?
Our turnaround time is made up of production + shipping time. Our products go into production as soon as you place the order, helping us reduce waste and overproduction.
Production time is roughly 2-5 days. After that it's ready to ship!

Will I receive tracking?
Yep! You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be
active within 24-48 hours.
What is your Return Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot exchange or return an item once it has been washed.
To initiate your return please notify us firstname.lastname@example.org before you mail us back your product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7-10 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sweet Sanity is not liable for products damaged by the shipper. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be needed to process claim.
Please inspect your items before wearing or washing. If your item is damaged or defective, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Please include pictures of the damaged item as well as your order number (found on your packing slip).
If you receive an incorrect item, please email us with pictures and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue as soon as possible!
If you believe your delivery has been lost in the mail, please send us an
email so we can start the hunt and come up with a game plan!
All of our US Priority mailings come with tracking. Often times the USPS
website may have a bit of a lag and the package might be closer than it shows. If you are within a day or so that you were expecting it, we suggest giving it one more day!
One thing we have also noticed is that calling the post office and giving them the tracking sometimes ‘jiggles’ things loose. They start an ‘investigation’ and often times packages show up quickly as soon as this is triggered. The number below can be used.
