Scope of Work: Transition Management & Order Installation
The Sanity System Install is built around your unique post-project needs.
Services include:
- Transition Management & Impeccable Preparation: We create a custom plan for your home's final transition, which includes coordinating a comprehensive deep clean for your arrival. We also conduct a quality check to detect ongoing punch list items that need attention before settling in.
- System Installation & Scoping: We work with you to identify the key areas (e.g., kitchen, master closet) and install comprehensive organizational systems to ensure every item has a permanent, beautiful home.
- Aesthetic Sourcing & Purchasing: We source, purchase, and deliver all necessary organizational and design-focused products (custom shelving, high-end containers, permanent labeling) required for the Sanity System.
- Staff Training: For long-term peace of mind, we can train new housekeeping or assistant staff on the custom organizational systems we've put in place.
- Final Sanctuary Prep: The project concludes with a Sanctuary Refresh (included) to ensure the home is perfectly styled, stocked, and ready for your immediate, comfortable return.
How it Works:
This service is quoted based on the size and complexity of the project, ensuring clear, predictable pricing. A single project area (such as a Kitchen, a Pantry, or a Master Closet) is typically estimated as one 5-hour block. For example, a project requiring both the Kitchen and the Master Closet organized would be estimated as two blocks, starting at $1,250. We will provide a detailed quote based on your specific needs during our initial consultation. Our block pricing is dedicated to our project management, design, and physical organization time. All organizational product costs (bins, shelves, labels) are itemized and billed separately.
