The Sanctuary Refresh: Effortless Welcome, $500

Arriving for an extended stay only to an empty fridge, unmade beds, and vendor coordination is not a vacation! 

The Sanctuary Refresh is our comprehensive, high-touch pre-arrival service. It’s the assurance that your walk right in ready to begin your beautiful stay in luxurious comfort and style.

What We Do (Beyond the Basics)

This service expands significantly on The Sanity Spritz, managing all the major details of your arrival:

• Vendor Coordination: We will work directly with your existing cleaning staff and/or landscaping crew to ensure all scheduled work is complete prior to your arrival. If there is a separate vendor appointment, we can manage up to 1 additional for you.
• Warm Touches: Fresh flowers and seasonal touches will give your home a beautiful, welcoming aesthetic (covering the living room, kitchen, etc.), along with a small Sweet Sanity complimentary indulgence to start your trip off with a smile.
• Personalized Pantry / Kitchen Stocking: We shop, deliver, and organize your favorite items from 1-2 of your favorite stores (like a wine store or Trader Joe's) so your fridge and pantry are fully stocked upon arrival.
• Bed & Bath Sanctuary: We ensure the bedrooms are prepared, linens prepped, set out fresh towels, and confirming all bedside tables are styled and ready.
• Deep Dive Property Check: A thorough deep-dive check of the property (plumbing, security, basic systems, etc.), with a report sent only if we detect an issue or inconsistency.

A La Carte Requests

If you require special, personalized tasks outside of this package (such as picking up a birthday cake and candles, or running a special errand), we are happy to accommodate. These bespoke requests are handled as an add-on service and will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate of  $125 per hour.
